We are seeking a full-time Parts Specialist to support our growing equipment dealership. This is a customer-facing role focused on helping customers find the right parts, managing orders, and keeping inventory flowing smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Assist walk-in and phone customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts.
- Place and track orders with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery.
- Receive inventory
- Manage and organize inventory levels for accuracy and availability.
- Deliver excellent customer service with every interaction.
What We’re Looking For
- Mechanical background or strong knowledge in agriculture equipment and/or semi-trucks preferred (we’ll provide training for the right candidate).
- Organized and detail-oriented, with strong computer skills.
- Customer-first attitude and clear communication skills.
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
